10 Most Beautiful Hikes in the US

You probably have a list of the most beautiful hikes you’ve ever been on. Check out the 10 Most Beautiful Hikes in the US compiled by Jayme Moye and you may find something new! Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but somewhere between secret beaches in Hawaii and the coastline of Maine, you are sure to find a bucket list worthy trail. You can hike from sea to shining sea, taking in the incredible sights at the Grand Canyon in Arizona, the trademark red rock formations of Zion in Utah or try out the highlights on a 500 mile trail system in Kentucky. A great hike that’s a little closer to home also made the list. A local favorite, the West Maroon Creek Trail begins in Aspen and crosses over Maroon Pass at nearly 12,500 feet providing amazing views of the Crested Butte area.  It’s a ten mile in and out trail for hikers of all ability levels and is accessible from late spring through the fall.  You should find wildflowers peaking in the summer and the leaves changing color in early fall.  No matter what time of the year you hit this trail, you are guaranteed spectacular Rocky Mountain views.
