As spring is approaching, but snow is still falling, perhaps you are dreaming of warmer weather and the blooms it inspires? How fortuitous then, for us to introduce two new gallery artists whose paintings celebrate the poetry of the land in more temperate climates. Dave Santillanes' tonalist paintings of sun-warmed hills, colored in summer's magical light, connect us to something vast and full of wonder; Chloe Hedden's large scale, close-range florals evoke the flowing rhythms and patterns of nature and lure us with their seductively beautiful hues.
