Crested Butte Real Estate Market Update 1-30-10

In 2009, this end of the Crested Butte valley ended up with almost 86 million dollars in sales, which is about 25% down from the year before. The majority of the transactions took place in July, August and September, as can be seen in my Crested Butte Market Recap of 2009.
