Sotheby’s International Realty® Network Announces
Strong Domestic and International Growth During Third Quarter 2007

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Nov. 9, 2007) – Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC welcomed eight firms, including its 100th U.S. company, to its network during the third quarter, and expanded into four new countries.

The Sotheby’s International Realty network now has more than 8,500 sales associates in 450 offices in 28 countries and territories. Since the close of the third quarter, the brand has added two additional companies, making the total 108 companies with more than 300 offices domestically.

“This quarter has marked a significant milestone in our overall growth objectives, with the opening of our 100th domestic company and the addition of these fine firms from all over the world to our network,” said Michael R. Good, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “Our goal looking forward to next year is to continue to maintain our strong growth rate in key luxury markets worldwide.”

The eight firms that joined the network during the third quarter include: Hunter’s Fairway Sotheby’s International Realty, North Barrington, Ill.; Perry & Co Sotheby’s International Realty, Edenton, N.C.; Pinnacle Sotheby’s International Realty, Lake Lure, N.C.; Forbes Sotheby’s International Realty, Beaver Creek, Colo.; oldCape Sotheby’s International Realty, Orleans, Mass.; and Saratoga Sotheby’s International Realty, Saratoga, N.Y.

Also opening in the third quarter were Dyson & Dyson Sotheby’s International Realty, which brought 12 offices across the Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Las Vegas and San Diego markets to the network, including Villa Sotheby’s International Realty in Del Mar, Calif. In addition, Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty in Boca Raton, Fla., became the brand’s 100th domestic franchise affiliate company in July.

Internationally, the brand expanded into Morocco, Moscow and Singapore with the openings of Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty, Moscow Exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty, and Singapore Sotheby’s International Realty, respectively. Additionally, Sotheby’s International Realty secured its growth in Japan with the signing of an exclusive 25-year licensing agreement with Urban Corporation for Japan, where the firm will look to open offices beginning in 2008.

Listings from these firms will be marketed on the sothebysrealty.com global Web site. In addition to the referral opportunities and great exposure generated from these sources, the firms will benefit from an association with the Sotheby’s auction house and worldwide Sotheby’s International Realty marketing programs.
