SOL Sotheby’s International Realty to Specialize in Luxury Miami Properties

(Jan. 27, 2005) – Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a franchise agreement with SOL, LLC, a new real estate firm founded by Carlos Justo and Irving Padron, that will specialize in luxury properties in the Miami-Dade County market. The company will do business as SOL Sotheby’s International Realty.
