(April 26, 2005) -- Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc. today announced that Manormor Real Estate, Inc., a leading independent real estate firm based in Jacksonville, Fla., has joined the Sotheby’s International Realty® luxury brokerage network. The firm specializes in waterfront and distinct homes and joins a global network of residential brokerages offering exceptional real estate services and access to many of the world’s most beautiful homes and properties. The company is owned by Beverly Brandenburger and will now do business as Manormor Sotheby’s International Realty.

Previously, Manormor was the exclusive northeast Florida affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty® marketing program, which marketed only designated property listings under the Sotheby’s International Realty® name. With today’s announcement, all of the firm’s listings will now be marketed within the brand network under the brokerage’s new name, Manormor Sotheby’s International Realty.
