ISLANDS REALTY JOINS THE SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY® NETWORK
Satellite Beach Firm to do Business as Islands Sotheby’s International Realty

(May 12, 2005) – Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc. today announced that a leading residential real estate firm based in Brevard County, Fla., has joined the Sotheby’s International Realty® brokerage network. Islands Realty, which is owned by Thomas Palumbo, will change its business name to Islands Sotheby’s International Realty. The firm will continue to specialize in communities throughout Florida’s Space Coast, including Indian Harbour Beach, Lansing Island, Melbourne Beach, Merritt Island, Satellite Beach and South Tropical Trail.

Islands Realty was previously an exclusive affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty® marketing program, which marketed only designated property listings under the Sotheby’s International Realty® name. With today’s announcement, all of the firm’s listings will now be marketed within the brand network under the brokerage’s new name, Islands Sotheby’s International Realty.

SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY AFFILIATES, INC. MAKES NEW EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Good, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc., today announced that Lou Gonzalez has been promoted to vice president of affiliate services in the western United States, effective immediately. Gonzalez was previously vice president of membership sales for the western region. In his new role, he will report to Philip White, chief operating officer, and will be responsible for servicing all Sotheby’s International Realty® franchisees located in the western region of the country.
